In this edition of the ECOP Wednesdays series Gro Slotsvik will speak about “Transformative approaches to Ocean protection, restoration and governance“.
Gro Njølstad Slotsvik is the Nature Impact Lead at GRID-Arendal. She coordinates GRID-Arendal’s work on transformative approaches to ocean protection, restoration, and governance. As part of her role, she works closely with the UN Environment Programme on marine policy, sustainable blue economy initiatives, and international ocean governance frameworks.
In her talk, she will explore how early career ocean professionals can contribute to transformative change in practical ways.
