In Return to the Bering, a short film by Fielder Films available free on YouTube, surfers Noah Wegrich, Pete Devries, Mark McInnis and Alaska surf explorer Josh Mulcoy venture deeper into the remote Bering Sea in search of legendary waves. Along the way, they encounter a rugged, untamed landscape where crystal-clear waters meet beaches crowded with fur seals. A close encounter with orcas, including the sight of a huge fin cutting through the water, underscores the wildness of a place that feels more animal than human – a remarkable and deeply humbling experience.
