IOC-UNESCO has sent a letter to IOC Member States with a request to please review their GOOS National Focal Points and Argo National Focal Points and to update them as necessary using the nomination forms.
Completed Argo and GOOS National Focal Point nomination forms should be sent to the GOOS Administrative Support, with cc to the OceanOPS Argo Technical Coordinator and Programme Specialist at GOOS Office for GOOS National Focal Points. Forms should be sent within one month so that the lists of GOOS and Argo focal points are complete and up to date by the end of July 2026.
