The Eighth Xiamen Symposium on Marine Environmental Sciences (XMAS 2027) will be held from 12 to 15 January 2027, in Xiamen, China. The symposium is jointly organised by the State Key Laboratory of Marine Environmental Science (MEL), Xiamen University, and the Department of Earth Sciences, National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). This event is co-sponsored by SOLAS.
The XMAS 2027 will feature 82 interdisciplinary sessions, 4 workshops, 1 Town Hall, and 2 other events, covering a wide range of topics in marine environmental sciences, including Physical, Chemical, Biological, and Geological Oceanography, Marine Pollution, Marine Policy and Governance. We warmly invite you to submit your abstract to the session that best aligns with your research.
