The World Climate Research Programme (WCRP) and the The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) jointly organized the Earth system high impact events, tipping points and their consequences workshop in November 2025. The workshop report is now available online and synthesizes the discussions and identifies priorities for advancing scientific understanding and supporting the IPCC Seventh Assessment Report (AR7).
