Open-access datasets are key to accelerating research, innovation, and industry uptake in floating offshore wind energy. Four EU-funded sister projects – MADE4WINDPROJECT, TAILWIND EU, FLOATFARM and INF4INiTY – are joining forces for a shared webinar exploring how open data can support the development of the floating wind sector.
The webinar will open with a short overview of why open data matters for floating offshore wind. Each project will then presents its own datasets, covering the scope, methodology, and potential applications for researchers and industry. Attendees will gain a clear picture of what data is available across the four projects and how to access it. The webinar is aimed at researchers, developers, and stakeholders in the floating offshore wind community.
