Extended Introduction to Behaviour Change
October 27 and 30: 9 am – Noon GMT
In this workshop, practitioners will be introduced to the key tools, approaches, and frameworks by which they can begin to incorporate behaviour change into their work. We will go through a number of guided exercises to help you see the benefits that a behaviour change approach can bring and how it might apply to your conservation project. We will then explore the selection of appropriate tools and how to use them, with applied sessions to give you a working knowledge of key methodologies. Through discussions, applied scenarios, and skills sessions, participants can expect to leave the workshop with a basic but solid understanding of conservation behaviour change and how to incorporate it into applied conservation scenarios. NOTE: This is a two-part workshop. The first session is on the 27th of October, and the second session is on the 29th of October. Both will run from 0900 – 1200 GMT. Your booking includes both sessions. If you would prefer a single session, there is a short workshop on the 7th of October.
