The Ocean Plastic Webinars series is a space for scientists from different fields with an interest in the origin and fate of ocean plastics.
Created in early 2020 by a team of 4 ECOPs from Africa, Asia and Europe; after 21 successful monthly webinars, 249 answered questions and over 10k views on youtube, the organising team is looking for 4-6 new ECOP organisers covering as much as possible the different regions of the world and topics related to marine plastic. Engagement is estimated at around 2 hours per month and it is a great opportunity to network with fellow ECOPs as well as experienced researchers that you invite.
