Webinar: NZ Seafloor Community Classification – 18 November 2021, online

The NZ SCC represents the composition and distribution of seafloor communities and has been developed as a resource to support ongoing marine spatial planning in Aotearoa New Zealand.

The two-part webinar will cover how the NZ SCC was developed and how it will help inform marine spatial planning processes.

Description: This is part 2 of the NZ SCC webinar session. In this webinar, Fabrice Stephenson (NIWA) will provide some examples of how the New Zealand Seafloor Community Classification could be used to inform marine spatial planning processes.
