Incorporating human dimensions is vital for effective conservation planning and management. Recognizing this, the Blue Nature Alliance has established a partnership with Center for Protected Area Management (Colorado State University) to develop an online course for marine protected area (MPA) managers, using a broad definition that includes Locally Managed Marine Areas (LMMAs), Indigenous Protected Areas (IPAs), and Other Effective area-based Conservation Mechanisms (OECMs). Their goal is to design, develop, and implement an online course for MPA managers that provides course participants with tools, best practices, and case studies as well as a networking space to engage in professional exchanges with other MPA managers around the world.

To inform the development of the course, they are asking MPA managers, network hubs, and experts from around the world to complete this questionnaire (linked below). The questionnaire takes 5-7 minutes to complete, and they will accept responses until Monday 29th May. Please share these widely across your networks.
