We would like to advise that the latest positions are available for our international training workshop ?Marine Spatial Planning: an experience in the Maldives? organized by the Planning Climate Change Lab of the University of Venice, Italy?(http://www.planningclimatechange.org/en) in collaboration with the University of Milano-Bicocca, Italy (www.marhe.unimib.it) and with the participation of Tundy Spring Agardy!!
The workshop will take place from 15 to 23 January 2020 at MaRHE Center, the Marine?Research and High Education Center of the University of Milano-Bicocca located in Magoodhoo?Island, Faafu Atoll, Maldives.
The general objective of the training workshop is to simulate an MSP process through the creation?of a co-produced knowledge related to both the critical issues and the opportunities of the?Maldivian island/s by incorporating, in a planning example, socio-economic, cultural, and?environmental aspects including climate change. This MSP workshop will be structured in both?theoretical and practical parts conducted at the MaRHE Center by a teaching team composed by?professionals coming from different research fields.?The workshop is open to students (bachelor, master, PhD), technicians and professionals in?the sector of MSP.?
