The CommOcean conference will combine a hands-on approach with in science communication and dissemination, as well as expertise-sharing sessions and social interactions. CommOCEAN 2018 aims to provide communication skills and inspiration to communicators across a range of experience levels. Key areas which will be covered in the sessions will include how to present clear messages through communications, improving citations, making and editing videos, and preparing for media interviews.
