Every 6 months a call is launched as part of the Ocean Decade, focusing on specific Ocean Decade Challenges. In October 2022 the latest Call for Decade Actions No. 04/2022 was launched and is open until 31 January 2023.
The Call focuses specifically on programmes contributing to Ocean Decade Challenge 6 – Coastal Resilience and Multi-Hazard Early Warning Systems and Challenge 8 – Digital Representation of the Ocean. Programmes that contribute primarily to other Ocean Decade Challenges will be able to complete an ‘Expression of Interest’ form and will be advised on their suitability to submit a proposal to the current Call
