Call for Grants
We are pleased to announce that a limited number of travel grants are offered to young scientists, PhD students and early post-docs(*) who are submitting an abstract as presenting author (oral or poster).
Priorities will be given to scientists coming from less favored countries (low-income and lower-middle-income economies following the World Bank).
Depending on the number of applicants, the grant will be up to 1000 euros (including conference registration fee).
To apply for these grants, please send your application before January 31st 2022 including a CV, motivation letter, link of the research topic with the colloquium thematic as well as a detailed estimation of your travel and accommodation costs. In addition, a reference letter of the current supervisor is required (single pdf-file : name_fistname_travel_grants.pdf). After the review process, all candidates will be notified whether their application has been accepted or not. Awardees will also know the final amount of travel support by the end of February.
Travel grants are non-transferable. If the abstract is not presented by the awardee the grant must be refunded.
(*) : up to 5 years after the PhD, without taking into account maternity leaves or other personal situation.
