We are pleased to announce the upcoming International Conference on Marine Spatial Planning (MSP) for Advancing Sustainable Blue Growth at Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST). GIZ on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development is collaborating with the Department of Oceanography, SUST to organize the conference. The conference will be held from 25 November to 26 November 2024 at SUST. This conference aims to enhance sustainable ocean governance and marine ecosystem conservation through collaborative discussions and knowledge sharing in MSP. We strongly encourage government officials, policymakers, researchers, academics, industry representatives, NGOs, civil society organisation’s, local community advocates, and early career professionals involved in marine resource management, marine science, and spatial planning to share their insights and research.
