On Thursday, 23 February 2022, EMB will be hosting its next Brown Bag Lunch on the topic of Carbon Capture and Storage. Brown Bag Lunches are informative events held over lunch in Brussels, where a scientific expert provides a short and provocative view on a specific policy topic, followed by an open discussion with the participants.
Our next Brown Bag Lunch will feature Prof. Douglas Connelly from the National Oceanographic Centre (UK) who will give a talk on “Assuring the integrity of offshore carbon capture and storage”. The event will be held at the Helmholtz Association in Brussels. The presentation will be live-streamed, but the interactive discussion will be available only for in-person participants (limited to ~20 people).
