The post holder will help build a picture of the cephalopod stock composition in fisheries in the Atlantic region using landings time series and environmental data. The role will involve interaction with project partners during data collection. The post holder will be responsible for gathering relevant data from various sources including ICES working groups and carrying out fieldwork on boats and sampling at ports, where necessary. To be eligible for this role, candidates must, at a minimum, have a BSc in a relevant area (e.g. Marine Science, Marine Biology), evidence of ship-based or sea-going experience and a full, clean driver’s license.
