There is a post-doc shellfish geneticist position available at Oregon
State University (OSU). The position will be based at the Hatfield Marine
Science Center, Newport, Oregon.
The selected person will focus on the application of quantitative and
molecular genetic approaches to selection of resistant Pacific oyster
stocks to ocean acidification and the oyster herpes virus. The person
will work as part of a team of OSU and USDA-ARS scientists.
