This role will have a length of 12 months upon commencement, with the possibility of a renewal. The main role of the position will be to implement a new two-phase programme of institutional development,with a particular emphasis on planning and guiding priorities for the Phase 1. This will mainly comprise of overall project management, ensuring outcomes are achieved successfully and in a timely fashion. They will also be expected to foster good relations with internal and external stakeholders and develop detailed plans in readiness for implementation of a longer-term Phase 2 plan.
