Within the framework of the science plan of the BE and LBCM research teams, and in collaboration with its other research teams, the successful candidate will conduct research to:Â examine sources and fate, speciation and transfers of emerging contaminants (e.g., REE, Cu) into marine organisms, with the help of expertise and means available;Â contribute to the recognition of BE and LBCM within the scientific community through participation to French and international scientific projects, through the development of new research projects proposed to the appropriate funding agencies (UE, ANR, water agencies, etc.);Â train graduate students to research activities;Â establish new collaborations and strengthen existing ones to increase the reach of the laboratory, in terms of analytical or sampling capabilities;Â contribute to acquire complimentary expertise to establish and support public policies.
