Two PhD projects as part of the deep-sea ATLAS project, University of Edinburgh (Scotland, UK)

1. The goal of the first PhD project is to create a dynamic new deep ocean biogeographic classification tool depicting biogeographic patterns over space and time under present-day and under future climate change scenarios.
2. The goal of the second PhD project is to assess the physiology and carbon cycling of key North Atlantic coral and sponge species under variable environmental conditions.
