Abstract:
Nitrogen is an essential element to all life. Although nitrogen is 78% in our atmosphere but this form (N2) is unavailable to most living organisms because of triple bond (N ?N) strength of N2. Therefore it becomes important to understand the source and sink processes of nitrogen. Nitrogen is reduced or oxidized via biogeochemical process in the ocean, which we call nitrogen cycle.
