Mozambique’s Inhambane Seascape is a global hotspot for marine biodiversity under threat from illegal sand mining and offshore drilling. These extractive activities would devastate its vital ecosystems of mangrove forests, coastal dunes, rocky beaches, seagrass meadows, coral reefs, lagoons and pristine white sand beaches. Speak up on behalf of the local community by signing an open letter urging Mozambique’s government to stop harmful resource extraction in the area.
