The Panel for the Future of Science and Technology (STOA) of the European Parliament, in collaboration with Leiden University’s Europe Hub, an interdisciplinary platform dedicated to addressing Europe’s most pressing societal challenges, will organise a research event at the European Parliament Library. The event aims to bring together academics, policymakers, and the public to bridge the gap between research and policy, facilitating reflection on common challenges faced by the EU. It will present the latest research by Leiden scholars on key topics that align with the European Union’s policy agenda. These include migration policy, the legitimacy of rule of law sanctions, and the contestation of EU foreign and security policy.
