At the Institute of Sea Fisheries, the position of a Postdoc researcher is to be filled within the project “SeaUseTip – spatio-temporal tipping points of socio-ecological systems” for one year starting at the 1st of June in 2017.
The Thünen Institute advises the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL) regarding the implementation of the Common Fisheries Policy (CFP) and is actively involved in the implementation processes of the Marine Strategy Framework Directive (MSFD). SeaUseTip focusses on the sustainable use of marine resources and the management of multiple human activities in German territorial waters in relation to tipping points.
