The successful candidate for this position will work as part of the Shellfish Microbiology team and will be responsible for the development and implementation methods relevant to the area of the microbiological and virological contamination of bivalve shellfish. The role will also involve scientific and technical support to research projects undertaken within the team in the area of shellfish microbiology and public health.
