Berlin 2013

A NANO coordination meeting was held in Berlin, Germany, from 5th to 6th of December 2013. The meeting was mostly focused on further development of 4 regional research projects. In addition, the meeting initiated the creation of an Outreach component in the Network: it is to support NANO alumni in outreach activities in their regions. Another highlight of the meeting was the attendance by 10 new NF-POGO Centre of Excellence scholars that have recently commenced their training at the Alfred Wegener Institute (AWI) for Polar and Marine Research.
