Launched during a dedicated session at the UN Ocean Decade Conference in Barcelona, the High Level Panel for a Sustainable Ocean Economy has published a new paper which discusses “How can a healthy ocean improve human health and enhance wellbeing on a rapidly changing planet?”. It highlights how we cannot have a health Ocean without healthy people, and vice versa, and discusses how we must take staos to safeguard both. EMB Executive Director Sheila Heymans is one of the lead authors of this publication.
