NatHaz19 is an International Workshop on NATURAL HAZARDS, under the theme “Hydrological Risks”. This workshop will be held on the 9th and 10th of May 2019, at Lajes do Pico village, Pico Island (Azores) and will be a good opportunity to perform a forum on several issues related with natural hazards, particularly about hydrological risks and hazards.
The NatHaz19 organizing committee inform that the deadline for submission of the extended abstract is February 15. Submissions can be made at: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=nathaz19
Furthermore, we inform that all the extended abstracts presented at the workshop will be published in a special volume of the Springer ASTI series (Advances in Natural Hazards and Hydrological Risks: Meeting the Challenge – Proceedings of the 2nd International Workshop on Natural Hazards (NATHAZ’19), Pico Island – Azores 2019).
In addition, all corresponding authors will be invited to submit an original manuscript in an expanded version (“full papers”) to the international journal “Springer Nature Applied Sciences” (https://bit.ly/2NrfXvU). The submission of the selected manuscripts will be open by June to late 2019 and the expected themed volume will be published during 2020.
