There are two new positions at The Swire Institute of Marine Science, University of Hong Kong working in mangrove ecology and biodiversity.

Positions are for two years and include a Senior Research Assistant (PhD in rel. area required) and a Research Assistant (BSc in rel. area required).

This is for a new and exciting project, which aims to explore the biodiversity of Hong Kong mangroves (yes, we have them!), particularly looking at crab and mollusc species. Hong Kong mangroves are hugely impacted by human activity and are curiously species rich, they offer a great study system to understand the influence of human activity on these crucial ecosystems.
